This is a new style for Dimes Brewhouse: Sour IPA. This may seem like a bit of a conflict (hence the name Diametric) but the citrusy, grapefruit flavors in the hops really blend well with the tartness of the sour. Diametric will be hitting the taps on today so buckle up those taste buds!
Oh also, I'm super pumped about the artwork Nick created for this beer (not only does he make awesome cider and mead but he can graphic design like a champ). Just imagine this on a nice matte finished label...
Hard Seltzer Anyone?
Your village brewers are working hard to bring you a top-notch seltzer. Our plan is to make a nice clean seltzer and have our staff add flavorings by the glass (similar to how we served our Berliner Weisse with gourmet syrups). We sent some samples out for ABV testing last week so I'll have an update next week on this fresh new product!
